Hyrox Doubles by Culcha Training

The Hyrox Double program is specifically designed for athletes aiming to excel in Hyrox doubles and other hybrid competitions such as Deka and Spartan Race. Developed by Hyrox world record holder Tim Wenisch, the program includes 5-7 structured training days per week, with 5-8 hybrid workouts combining running, strength, and functional exercises to maximize performance in doubles events. This program focuses on building the endurance, power, and teamwork skills necessary for success, offering creative and engaging workouts inspired by Tim’s own training sessions. Accessible via the Fitr app, the program provides flexibility, expert guidance, and continuous improvement opportunities. Athletes will need access to Hyrox equipment, a heart rate monitor, and a drive to excel as a team.

The Culcha. coaching team consists of four highly experienced trainers: Tim Wenisch, Zeliha Puls, Jannik Czapla, and Nils Knuth.
